MARTA DOBEK
Partner

Marta Dobek is a founding partner at GUETTI & DOBEK.

She is a member of the Luxembourg Bar Association since June 2017. 

 

She holds a Master degree in Private Law from the University of Strasbourg obtained in 2016, and a Bachelor in Law from the  University of Luxembourg (2015).

Her main practice areas are criminal law and civil litigation. She also advises clients in family law, inheritance law, medical liability, commercial litigation, construction and real estate law. 

Marta Dobek is fluent in Luxemburgish, French, English, German and Polish.

LAURA GUETTI
Partner

Laura Guetti is a founding partner at GUETTI & DOBEK. 

 

She has been admitted to the Luxembourg Bar Association in June 2017. 

 

She holds a Bachelor in Law from the University of Luxembourg (2014), a Master Degree in Private Law from the University of Strasbourg (2015) and a LLM in European Economic and Financial Criminal Law obtained at the University of Luxembourg in 2016. 

Her main practice areas are within the private law area. She specialises in civil litigation, with a main focus on family law, and criminal law. She also advises clients in labour law, insurance law, construction and real estate law, contracts, medical liability, debt recovery and commercial law. 

Laura Guetti speaks Luxembourgish, French, German, English and Italian.

SAM PLETSCH
Partner

Sam PLETSCH was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in June 2019.

After more than four years' experience as a litigation associate with a well-known law firm in Luxembourg, he became a partner at GUETTI & DOBEK in 2023.

He holds a Master's degree in Private Law from the University of Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne, obtained in 2017 as well as an LL.M in European Law from the University of Amsterdam (UvA), obtained in 2018.

His main area of practice is private law and civil litigation. He specializes in tenancy law, family law, inheritance law and criminal law. He also advises on construction law, employment law, commercial law and contract law, and assists clients in debt recovery proceedings. He also handles protection mandates for incapacitated adults (safeguard of justice, curatorship and guardianship) and represents minors before the Luxembourgish courts.

Sam PLETSCH is fluent in Luxembourgish, French, German and English.
